Special Birthday

Hello all how are you well I hope you are all keeping well and warm in this horrid weather Bbbbrrrrr we have had quite a bit of snow here and it's freezing I can tell you.
I must apologise for lack of posts to these last few weeks I haven't been well and am still far from it have been under the crisis team of the mental health dept and my mojo has decided it's not staying in a mind as cookoo as mine is lol also to top it off this last week my printer has been playing up and looks like it has gone to the printer land in the sky so will have to get a new one so yesterday I went back to doing things non digital pics will follow soon but now onto the is post so here it is

Well our theme this week over at electic ellapu is special birthday's so for mine I made a card that I was asked to make for a friend of my Mom in Law her grand son turned 1 in December so she asked if I would make her a card and as I knew this challenge was coming up I thought I would kill 2 birds with 1 stone so to speak

I honestly cannot remember where the image came from but I just love his cheeky little face them papers are all freebies mainly from cajoline scraps(see side bar)

this is the sketch I used for my LO

image is coloured with both promarkers and spectrum pens
Colours used are
pro markers
grey green, denim blue  cobalt blue, cool aqua flexi pebble blue flexi
pastel blue, cyan, light fawn flexi ice grey 1-3

spectrum FS5,FS2,FS1,FS8,TN3,TN2,EB1

I then added some buttons to the bottom corner and printed the sentiment straight onto the paper and then added a fussy bow to the top corner to balance every thing out

  9. Just lovely Jacki. I know what you mean about being without your printer. In this digital age it's difficult not have one that's working. I feel for ya. Hopefully it won't be long before you have one again. Hugs
